TRAINING FOR CHILDREN

These are training sessions led by experienced Kali instructors, which focus primarily on developing motor skills, coordination, and physical and mental endurance.

In addition to these basic skills, we teach children how to handle weapons. However, this does not mean that they are given knives, swords, or other dangerous objects. The primary goal of this part of the training is to teach children how to avoid hurting themselves and those around them. We teach them how to handle any object so that it becomes their helper in everyday life. Thanks to this, children develop a natural respect for weapons during training.

Another above-standard dimension is training children to cope with unusual or dangerous situations. Children learn how to act when approached by a stranger, how to recognize the potential danger of such a person, how to exercise basic caution when encountering an injured stranger, or how to help a friend who is injured. We also explain how to behave in a situation where a child is present when a fire breaks out, for example.

In this type of training, we use model situations and role-playing scenarios to teach children to act sensibly and effectively. This training is designed to prevent children from panicking and acting impulsively when faced with unfamiliar situations. The aim is to ensure that children do not become stressed, as they are already familiar with the situation from training, have experienced it, and know how to deal with it.
